I got one for my birthday which was 8 days ago. I trained massively in those 8 days. And I'm trying to get a Male Ralts so I can get a Gallade.

Well the only reason why I give them HM's are because that was the only way I could get out of the Victory Road sooo yeah. And what about Floatzel?

Nvm I didnt notice until now that your floatzel is your only water pokemon oh and well...why not change your HM
