I'm making a board Naruto RP for fun that is..Anyway fill this up.Also you can make up jutsus just NO godmoding and ultimate jutsus like you kill someone by touching them instantly.Also you can increase the number of jutsus you want for that specific type if you descrease the amount of another.

Ninjutsus:
Akurui Jidai(Bright Era)-When surrounded or near light the user do the handsigns and a bright light heals allies and makes them invogorated.For the oppenents they get a small pain in the shoulder.
Ame Kage(Rain Shadow)-When near mist of clouds the user does the handsigns then curl clouds or mist into a ball form then launches it at oppenents then sharp rain needles would go down and hurt the oppenent.
Omoi Katon(Heavy Fire)-When near fire the user does the handsigns then fire would turn into 4 walls.They clash into eachother squishing and burning the oppenents that are trapped.This can be dodgeable.
Mizu Ino-ga(Water Boar)-When near water the user do the handsigns then takes water forming it into a boar.The boar is for breaking things or attacking.
Yozora Kumo(NightSky Cloud)-When near darkness or clouds.A cloud would surround the enemy then make them float up then another would pressure them.
Surudoi Kishi(Sharp Beach)-When surrouned by sand.The user do the handsigsn then pikes would form from sand cutting the enemy instead of killing.
Kikenna Kaze(Dangerous Wind)-When in the air or surrounded by harsh winds the user dot the handsigns then 4 cyclones appear from the wind and chase the enemy until hitting a clone or the oppenent or something big and physical.

Taijutsu:
Aoi Basho(Blue Spot)-When constricted to where can't move more than 2 body parts do handsigns with 1 hand then a blue spot would appear on the holders and will hurt them as long as if they keep touching the user.Stronger if on water.

Genjutsu:
Katon Bushin(Fire Clone)-A clone of the user appears.When hit a spark of fire would happen if it hits anyone it would burn the part a bit.

Bloodline:
Ketsueki Kyuubi(Blood 9-tailed-fox)-A bloodline jutsu that kills the user when end of three uses.A Kyuubi appears in aura form hurting the oppenents severly.

I only had 1 Taijutsu and Genjutsu which gave me three more to include into something else.That is why I have alot of Ninjutsus.

Physical Description: Tsuyoi is ruffly 6' he has very dark almost raven colored hair with a white streak running from a piece of his hair above his right eye to the back of his neck. His eyes are emerald with gross shaped irises. Wearing black shinobi pants stopping just under his knee's that are wrapped all the way done to his ankles in medical tape and a Black Tank-Top. He also wears black fingerless gloves and black shinobi sandals. His Pheonix Tatto his Gold and Black and on his right bicep. His kunai pouch is on his right leg just below the middle of his thigh. Tsuyoi's shuriken are have a curved tip at the ends because of there different design he where's a thick leather belt with his special made shuriken attached to them in small groups on his left side. Despite his shuriken hanging on his belt.

Personality: Tsuyoi are very optomistic and cheerful person. He is his clans Prodigy for not only unlocking his clans bloodline beut also creating his own justu.

Similier to the Katon: Karyuu Endan (Flame Type: Fire Dragon Blast) The user exhales a large amount of fire taking the shape of a pheonix that attacks a slarge scale area.

Katon: Fenikkuse Houkaūdan (Fire Release:Pheonix Fire Missle) Is like the technique Katon: Karyūdan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Missile). Sending a large wave of fire in a straight forward area. The flames tip were in the shape of the top of a Pheonix's body.

Kasai no Joutei Bakuha (Great Lord of Fire Explosion) The Fenikkuse Clan ultimate and most dangerous Ninjutsu. This technique can only be used when the member of the clan is willing to give there life to protect something or someone. The user's body loses Consciousness and is completely engulfed in flame. The fires spreads into the surrounding area under the ground and rise's causeing a great explosion of molten rock and fire.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Description:A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it.
Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Finishing the combo Tsuyoi axle kicks his opponent in the jaw.

1.Gokuangyou no Jutsu-.Kokuangyou no Jutsu is the ability to create total chaos or darkness. Only the performer is able to see through the darkness, making it the perfect illusion and time to attack.

2.Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu-Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is the ability to create clones that are being controlled by a ninja at a distance. The clone and the real ninja are able to match their movement correctly to make it look like the ninja is attacking. It is impossible to destroy all the clone projected by the hidden ninja.

Bloodline:Byakugan-Multiple white vein around both in-large white eyes.The Byakugan gives the user the unique and devastating ability to be able to see through nearly anything, as well as the ability to know what a person is thinking just by the movements of his/her eyes.
