The Natural Ability is whatever your attack is times 10. So it can't be 10 damage per sword. Otherwise, Four Swords should be Special Ability. Natural Ability is different.

Not really. The Mirror Shield has to be somewhat offensive. If you still want Four Swords to be your Natural Ability you're going to have to make it equal 30 somehow. Unless you deduct one point from another Stat, Speed and Rapid, and add it onto your Attack.

Yessir. Do that then it'll be fine. Oh, and your defense technique seems a little cheap in a way because if just pretty much heals you completely while the opponent gets hurt.

I still have a question about the Mirror Shield though because if it only does half damage and you get healed and it reflects back that basically means that you don't get hurt at all and your opponent does get hurt.

i say that the mirror shield should just reflect all energy attacks, but physical attack should still hurt

Yeah because it just seems really cheap. It should just be halves the damage and slight possibility of deflection. Or something like that.
