Description: Scout was created by Matthew at the age of 10. Matthew stumbled upon a strange data file while looking for a way to hack the computer system at the local electronics store in Dentech City. The file was titled ULTPRGM. After uploading the file to his laptop Matthew spent several weeks trying to unlock its contents only to find that the contents could only be unlocked after merging it with a netnavi frame. Matthew spent the next several moths designing the perfect navi to merge with the ULTPRGM file. Scout.exe was the result of Matthew’s hard work. Upon merging Scout’s frame with the ULTPRGM a navi with the ability to hack any system was born. Scout is completely loyal to Matthew and would gladly risk deletion to keep his Netop happy.
Physical Appearance: Scout's appearance is often hidden by the flowing, black cloak that covers his body from his neck to his ankles. His body is black with a dark green stripe on either side extending from his armpit to the tops of his boots/ankle accents. his boots are very similar to that of the Forte.Exe program as well as his wrist armor, both are gold. His shoulders are shielded by small spaulders that stick out about 6 inches either way and are also colored gold. his face is always coverd by his helmet and battle mask save his bright green eyes. His symbol is that of an eye with the pupil being black and the eyelids both being dark green. the trim of his symbol is gold.
