For Red/Blue Rescue Team, Red is only for Gameboy Advance and Blue is only for the DS.
For Explorers of Time/Darkness, each version has exclusives.

Aah. Red and Blue were the Rescue Teams while Time and Darkness is the Explorers of _____.
Time and Darkness has a longer storyline and bringing in the 4th generation Pokemon, while Blue and Red had a much shorter one. Also, Red and Blue had something called Friend Areas, but Time and Darkness doesn't. Different Pokemon resembling different shops, except for Kecleons.

OK, I know the differences between red/blue and about EVERYTHING in the originals, I meant differences between V1 (red/blue) and V2 (Time/Darkness)
