With the new battle system, is it possible to use a PA (program advanced) without having 11 RPD. Example, You could slot in Cybersword, and Widesword on turn one, then slot in Longsword on the second turn, thus making Lifesword. Is that possible?

I've seen a post with someone saying "Keep the WideSword, it'll make a Program Advance." So I'm pretty sure they do exist.

Where'd you see that?
And don't you think that would be pointless as there are no Letters for chips?
Meaning roughly half the P.A. would be gone.

That just makes a P.A. more to you're advantage if you have one, thus enabling the one with the P.A.'s chances to win, and finding a way around the Advance can help you in battle too.

It was never put in the battle system section, therefore, it is null and void

P.A.'s do exist only if you have enough Rapid. Since it's actually been mentioned in the anime that it takes practice to perfect a Program Advance, so you do need the right amount of RPD.
