She wears a pair of black denim shorts that end about half-way down her calf with black tennis shoes. For a shirt she wears a bale pink long sleeved shirt with deep pink sleeves.

I was going to play him as if he were a duplication of the origanal...if I were to go with Zero, would it be ok for me to use Zero.exe, I enver saw him in the show, and he only appeared in one game, at the end of which, he became a Navi, though we never find out who is his net op

Yes I did Luso and if you read closely you'll see that I said no MMBN characters. Any other series is alright. Now for the application all attacks should have elements I would go with Invisible as it is the closes thing. Also your F.E.A.R. should be switched with your first special ability, it makes more sense. Also the Range of all your attacks should be Projectile, you don't have to calculate how far they would go XP A couple of changes I know, please don't hate me >.< I know I'm being annoying X.X

He was originally using Forte.exe in case you are saying that I said it for no reason Luso. And yes only Mega Man Battle Network (MMBN) characters are not allowed, any other series is ok.

Now all you need to do is add the Data Manipulation and Element Exchange things and you're good to go^^
